Supervisor Regional Area

About the role

This is a contract role for a Supervisor Regional Area to join the team at ES TELER TUJUH TUJUH. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of a regional area (Jakarta and Bekasi) of the companys retail outlets.

What youll be doing

1. Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of a regional area of retail stores

2. Ensure effective staffing, training and performance management of store teams

3. Monitor store-level compliance with operational standards, policies and procedures

4. Identify and implement strategies to drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction

5. Analyse and report on key business metrics to regional and head office management

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the rollout of new initiatives

7. Provide coaching and mentoring to store managers to develop their capabilities

1. Significant experience in a regional or area management role within the retail or consumer products industry

2. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing store teams

3. Strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills to drive business performance

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

5. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

6. Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
