Position : Supervisor Store (Ice Cream, Cookies and Coffee Shop)

Qualification : 

• ability to support the management in leading the team and hand long various customer situation 

• supervisory, communication, and customer service skill

• ability and willingness to lead and motivate a team 

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills and customer service skill

• ability and willingness to multitask and handle stressfull situation ecspecially when it comes to communicate with customer

• knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulation 

• experiences with standard operating procedures and updating them when needed 

• strong commitment to customer satisfication

• consistent and organized in managing inventory 

• experienced with using POS system, Microsoft excel and word 

• comfortable working in a High volume Fast paced environment 

Requirement : 

• maximum of 75 minutes commute from their home to Menteng Jakarta Pusat  

• 10 hours a day (already included 1. hours break), 6 days a week

• Between 28 - 35 years old

• Minimum 3 years of  experience in a similar roles (Supervisor, Head Barista)  

• Experience in food and beverage industry (know about coffee and operating coffee machine, ice cream machine)

• Proficient in English for verbal and written communication 

• willing to work in shift schedule and be flexible hours

• Willing to work on weekend and public holidays

• Honest, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure and as a part of team
