Supply Chain Officer

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or PPIC

• Proven experience in purchasing planning and coordinating with vendors and manufacturers

• Experience in handling import processes is a strong advantage

• Experience working with third-party manufacturers (maklon) is a plus

• Able to analyze inventory movement and anticipate reorder needs

• Comfortable working with inventory data, purchasing reports, and production timelines

• Strong communication and coordination skills - both internal and external

• Proactive, responsive, and able to provide clear verbal and written updates

• Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment

Job Description:

Purchasing & Vendor Management

1. Source and negotiate with local and international vendors

2. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and manufacturing partners

3. Prepare and consolidate monthly purchasing reports

4. Assist in sourcing materials based on requests from the R&D/Product Development (Prodev) team

5. Submit monthly reports to manager, covering purchasing plans and production schedules

Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)

1. Develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of raw materials to manufacturers

2. Monitor packaging material inventory and movement to prevent stockouts or overstock

3. Coordinate closely with warehouse team on inbound packaging receipt dispatch (outbound) to manufacturers or maklons
