We’re hiring a Supply Chain Executive for a leading skincare & healthcare retail brand!

Our client, a well-established Perusahaan in the skincare and healthcare retail sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to strengthen their operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, excels at analytical problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering operational excellence across the entire supply chain.

What you’ll do:

• Lead demand-supply planning and replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels and smooth product availability across online and retail channels.
• Monitor and maintain inventory data accuracy across multiple systems to ensure integrity in all planning and reporting processes.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with key internal teams — including store operations, trading, finance, marketing, IT, and logistics — as well as external partners such as 3PL providers and suppliers, to support timely replenishment and successful campaign execution.
• Reconcile inventory reports on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring transparency and accuracy across all stock movements.
• Provide analytical and data-driven decision support for the e-commerce distribution warehouse to minimize bottlenecks in the purchase order and fulfilment process.
• Handle ad-hoc planning in response to campaign or promotion changes, and communicate clear inventory strategies to all relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects, contributing expertise and process improvements to enhance supply chain reliability and performance.
• Develop and implement systematic, exception-based tools to drive consistency and accuracy in supply operations.

What we’re looking for:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in supply chain planning or inventory management, preferably within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
• A strong foundation in demand forecasting, replenishment, and logistics coordination.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), and experience with ERP systems or data visualization tools.
• Experience with RPA or SLIM4 forecasting tools is an advantage.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who can work independently, manage tight deadlines, and communicate effectively across teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate risks and provide actionable solutions.
• Professional English Fluency.
