About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, an Independent Software Provider offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored for financial businesses. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out tech-engineering tasks to support the technical team in achieving the companys business goals
  • Lead, manage, and train the technical team in system development
  • Create system designs to enhance efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility, functionality, and usability of the companys products
  • Have a deep understanding of software architecture, operating systems, and networks
  • Work closely with the technical team to establish benchmarks, standards, technical specifications, and mechanisms for non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Create tools and resources that help the team work more efficiently and effectively

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a System Analyst or related field, with at least 2 years of prior experience as a software developer/engineer/programmer
  • Experience as a System Analyst in a multifinance company will be an added value
  • Skilled in: Planning, Architecting, Designing, Estimating, and Executing to deliver software development successfully to customers
  • Capable of leading a team, guiding team members, and ensuring tasks are completed in line with business needs
  • Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of information technology, software development, distributed frameworks, and enthusiasm for emerging technologies
  • Skilled in identifying and solving technical issues in a highly adaptive environment
  • Familiar with GIT, CI-CD, virtualization, and containerization technologies, and capable of using Issue Tracking tools
  • Understand Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework
