Talent Acquisition Officer

-      Create and post job advertisement on job portal

-      Sourcing and screening candidates resume or application

-      Conduct preliminary interview

-      Provide candidates interview report and submit to user for next interview

-      Arrange interview schedule for user and candidate

-      Manage onboarding process for new hire

-      Update recruitment report and database

-      Recruitment administration duties

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related major

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience with knowledge of basic HR process

  • Preferably having working experience in Telecommunication Company / Recruitment Consultant / Head Hunter

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Sound attention to detail

  • Ability to deliver targets within given timelines
