Tax Accountant Supervisor

Panorama JTB Tours Indonesia is seeking an experienced Tax Accountant Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team in West Jakarta. As a full-time position, you will play a vital role in overseeing the companys tax compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring we meet all regulatory obligations.

Job Description:

1. Managing a team of tax accountants and overseeing their day-to-day responsibilities.

2. Preparing and filing accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.

3. Conducting tax research and providing advice on tax planning strategies to minimize the companys tax liabilities.

4. Liaising with tax authorities and responding to any tax-related inquiries or audits.

5. Implementing and maintaining effective tax accounting systems and processes.

6. Staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, and updating the team accordingly.

7. Providing training and support to the tax accounting team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree (S1) in Accounting is a must.

2. 5+ years of experience in accounting; experience in consolidations and relevant experience in corporate accounting or auditing preferred.

3. Previous experience in public listed company highly preferred.

4. Certified Public Accountant accreditation is a plus.

5. Mastery of accounting and tax preparation software.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate tax risks.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

8. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
