TAX SUPERVISOR

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.

• Maximum age of 30 years old.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in taxation, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

• Holding Brevet A & B certifications (Brevet C is a plus).

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of current Indonesian tax regulations (including Income Tax, VAT, Final Tax, etc.).

• Prepare VA, WHT 21, 23, 4(2), tax reporting (SPT), corporate income tax

• Handling tax audit & SP2DK, liaise with external auditor & tax government

• Experienced in accurate and timely tax calculation, reporting, and payment.

• Proven track record in handling tax audits, restitution processes, and correspondence with tax authorities.

• Proficient in using Coretax DJP, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT, DJP Online, and ERP systems (SAP/Accurate/Oracle or similar).

• Able to conduct tax risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations for tax efficiency and compliance.

Managerial & Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage workload and mentor junior staff.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and responsibility.

• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight tax deadlines.

• Good communication skills to effectively present tax findings and reports to management.

Additional Advantage (Optional):

• Prior experience in manufacturing or national-scale distribution companies.

• Up-to-date with the latest tax laws, practices, and professional training.

• Functional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
