Technical Administrator

About the Role:PT Danan Wingus Sakti is seeking a Technical Administrator to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role sits at the intersection of our technical and administrative functions, supporting our engineering and sales teams with documentation, data management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate technical documentation for our precision pumping solutions

• Process and organise technical specifications and product information

• Support the preparation of technical proposals and quotations

• Assist with customer inquiries regarding product specifications

• Coordinate between departments to ensure information flow

• Manage technical databases and document control systems

• Prepare regular reports on technical documentation status

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelors degree in an Engineering field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or engineering roles

• Having experience in handling pumps in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus point

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

• Proficient computer skills, including the MS Office suite

• Experience with database management

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments is highly desirable
