Technical Design & Development Specialist

Job Description:

• Identify and evaluate new product to study. Ensure all products are feasible and viable to produce and execute during development stage.

• Create detailed technical specifications for modular products, including materials, joints, and installation methods.

• Develop standardized shop drawings based on company standards and project requirements.

• Review and verify technical drawings before and after project execution.

• Collaborate with the design, production, and project management teams to ensure seamless alignment from design until project implementation.

• Build and maintain a strong product library system and knowledge in design practices.

• Represent and support team to find new business opportunities in interior and furniture business

Qualifications:

• Min Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• Proficient in English is a must

• 3+ years of experience in technical interior design. Proven design talent with a strong technical aptitude for formulating design parameters and cost estimation are strong advantage.

• Proficiency in Coohom software is highly preferred and will be a strong advantage in the selection process.

• Advanced knowledge of design software such as Sketchup, AutoCAD. And willing to learn new software.

• High entrepreneurship, self-motivated, and logical thinking with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.

• Collaborative team player with meticulous attention to detail.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and able to meet deadlines

• Actively update knowledge of industry trends, products, and sustainable design practices.

• Candidates should also have a portfolio of interior design work, especially in residential projects, to demonstrate relevant design capabilities and approaches, so please submit your portfolio in your CV
