Technical Sales Engineer

  1. Skilled in identifying market opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and conducting effective negotiations. Experienced in managing tender processes and preparing competitive proposals for both the Indonesian and South East Asia markets.

  2. Capable of analyzing market trends, opportunities, and potential competitors in Indonesia and South East Asia. Experienced in designing and implementing sales strategies that align with local market characteristics.

Requirements :

  1. Minimum Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Additional education in Marketing or Management is a plus.

  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, particularly in the packaging machinery and automation industry. Experience handling large projects in Indonesia and the South East Asia market is highly preferred.

  3. In-depth understanding of packaging machinery and automation products, with the ability to provide technical solutions tailored to client needs. Able to explain product applications and technical specifications clearly to clients.

  4. Proficiency in languages other than English (such as Mandarin, Thai, or other local languages) is an advantage. Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is highly valued.
