Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales targets, regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
2. Technical Support: Provide professional technical support to customers, address technical inquiries, assist clients in solving issues during product use, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Market Research: Gather and analyze market and industry information, track industry trends, competitors, and product developments, providing feedback to support the Perusahaan’s strategic decisions.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of technical or sales experience in a textile factory or textile chemical industry.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse clients.
3. Solid technical knowledge, capable of understanding and articulating complex technical concepts to customers.
4. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in chemistry, textiles, or a related field.
