Technical Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

• Support the planning, installation, and maintenance of all IT and game-related hardware and software systems across physical outlets, particularly those involving VR equipment and technologies.

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure, including local area networks (LAN/Wi-Fi), POS systems, and user-end devices.

• Assist with system integrations between VR equipment, game software, and internal platforms to ensure functionality and compatibility.

• Provide responsive technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues faced by outlet staff and internal teams.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend preventative measures to reduce downtime.

• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance records.

• Ensure adherence to IT security protocols and best practices, including data protection and access control.

• Support on-site IT setup and standby assistance for new store openings, events, and promotional activities.

• Provide input on system performance and suggest improvements or upgrades when needed.

• Participate in implementing new technologies or IT tools aimed at improving operational efficiency or user experience.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Fluency in English or Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, ideally in retail, gaming, or entertainment settings.

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi).

• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities, particularly in IT systems and gaming technologies.

• Willing to travel to outlets for on-site technical support or deployments
