Technical Writer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer with a background in IT systems or application development. The role involves creating clear and accurate technical documents in both Indonesian and basic English, supporting our teams in delivering high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain technical documents (e.g. user guides, API references, system documentation).
• Work closely with developers and system analysts to understand how applications work.
• Create well-structured content using tables, diagrams, images, and charts.
• Use proper Indonesian language following EYD and KBBI standards.
• Write basic-level technical English US content with correct vocabulary and grammar.
• Ensure all documents are neat, detailed, and easy to understand.
• Continuously improve documents based on feedback and past mistakes.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint effectively for documentation tasks.
