Technician Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Problem-solve technical issue (MEP & HVAC & Pool)

  • Plan and execute scheduled inspection and maintenance HVAC each room

  • Handle STP system

  • Finish projects on time and within budget

  • Communicate with co-workers to ensure the smooth running of projects

Requirements :

  • Minimal Bachelor degree (S1) in engineering field (Mechanical/HVAC/others related)

  • Minimal 2 Years experience in Hotel/Apartment building/Property Management/Office tower (is a must)

  • Experience in HVAC, Technical & Electric Process, and Pool

  • Able to use AutoCAD is a plus

  • Good communication skill

  • Attitude to eagerly and curiously learn new knowledge

  • Strong analytical thinking both qualitative & quantitative and problem solving
