Telemarketing Staff
Qualifications- Aged 20-35, with a minimum education level of junior high school.- At least 6 months of telemarketing experience; preference for candidates with experience in call centers, fintech, credit cards, or the insurance industry.- Clear articulation, strong communication and adaptability skills, and the ability to withstand high-intensity sales pressure.
Job Responsibilities- Develop new clients via telephone, promote credit products, and achieve sales targets.- Answer customer inquiries according to script guidelines, precisely match product needs, and facilitate contract signing.- Maintain customer relationships, follow up on prospective clients, and conduct regular follow-up calls to improve conversion rates.
