Job Deskripsi

1. Communicate with customers via phone to introduce the companys products or services.

2. Identify customer needs, screen potential interested clients, and record relevant information.

3. Arrange follow-up processes and cooperate with sales specialists to promote customer conversion.

4. Assist in organizing call data, customer feedback, communication logs, and other basic documentation.

5. Regularly participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve scripts and service awareness.

D. Familiarity with ChatGPT, AI office tools, or voice transcription tools is a plus."
