About the role

PT. OCS Global Services (OCS Indonesia) is seeking a talented Trainer Engineering to join our dynamic team. As a Trainer Engineering, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging training programs to upskill our engineering workforce. This full-time position is based in Jakarta, offering opportunities for growth and professional development within our organisation.

What youll be doing

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our engineering teams

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to impart technical knowledge and practical skills

• Assess training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to the curriculum

• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to support the professional development of our engineers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training requirements and align programs with organisational goals

• Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably in the engineering or technical domain

• Strong understanding of engineering principles, processes, and technologies

• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners

• Proficiency in designing and developing training materials, including e-learning content

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders

• Ability to analyse training needs and design customised solutions

• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
