Training Center Foreman

Job Description:

1. Assist, collaborate, and coordinate with the TC Dept. Head and Production Dept. Head in identifying Training and Development needs for Operators and Drivers.

2. Prepare training requirements and materials before training sessions.

3. Conduct and deliver training to Drivers and Operators.

4. Monitor work areas and equipment mobilization.

5. Prepare daily reports, training reports, and assessment reports.

6. Assist in the recruitment process of Operators and Drivers as well as their training and development at PT Mineral Alam Abadis worksite.

7. Comply with and implement occupational safety regulations.

8. Ensure the implementation of Operators and Drivers training and development is in accordance with SOP.

9. Provide coaching and counseling to Drivers and Operators.

10. Develop training modules based on literature from dealers or manufacturers and update training modules from old versions to new ones.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Diploma (D3).

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

3. Proficient in operating a computer.

4. Able to work as part of a team.

5. Skilled in operating at least 3 types of heavy equipment (A2B).

6. Must possess a Training of Trainer (TOT) certificate.

7. Physically and mentally fit.

8. Honest, polite, responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented in performing tasks.

9. Good communication skills.

10. Willing to be assigned at the Obi Site, South Halmahera.
