Treasury Manager MWX.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash & Liquidity Management

• Monitor and manage daily cash flows in both fiat and crypto assets.

• Ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.

• Optimize fund allocation across operational, treasury, and reserve wallets.

Crypto Wallet & Asset Management

• Oversee the setup and maintenance of crypto wallets (including multisig, cold, trezor and hot storage).

• Enforce strict security protocols for storing and transferring digital assets.

• Track on-chain asset movement and prepare transparent financial reports.

Treasury & Investment Strategy

• Assist in developing fund allocation strategies, including stablecoins, yield-bearing instruments, and secure DeFi products.

• Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all investments follow regulatory guidelines.

• Evaluate and mitigate crypto market volatility risks.

Controls & Compliance

• Establish and maintain SOPs and internal controls for both fiat and crypto transactions.

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for reporting and audits.

• Ensure all transactions adhere to internal financial policies and ISO 27001 standards.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on cash positions and crypto holdings.

• Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding treasury strategy and market trends.

• Support long-term financial planning through data analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, legal, compliance, and blockchain engineering teams.

• Educate relevant stakeholders on secure crypto treasury practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. CFA/CPA certifications are a plus.

2. Minimum 4 years of experience in treasury/finance, with at least 1 year of hands-on crypto asset management.

3. Proficient in using crypto wallets such as Gnosis Safe, Metamask, Ledger, etc.

4. Strong understanding of financial risk management and digital security.

5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

6. High integrity and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a crypto, DeFi, or fintech company.

• Familiarity with crypto regulations in Indonesia and global jurisdictions.

• Proficiency in blockchain monitoring tools such as Nansen, Dune Analytics, or Etherscan.
