As a UI Designer, you will craft intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that enhance user experience and drive conversion on Findits platform.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design clean, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized UI for Findits web and mobile applications (iOS & Android).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product goals and business needs.

  • Translate user flows and product requirements into wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual specifications.

  • Apply proven e-commerce UI design patterns to improve browsing, searching, product discovery, checkout, and post-sale user experience.

  • Develop and maintain the design system ensuring consistency and scalability across the product.

  • Incorporate user feedback and analytics data (CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate) to continuously improve UI performance.

✅ Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience as a UI Designer or Product Designer, ideally within an e-commerce or marketplace environment.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, mobile-first e-commerce or transactional UI design.

  • Must have strong skills in Figma (mandatory) and familiarity with responsive and mobile-native design principles.

  • Deep understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, and visual storytelling.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce key metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CR), and bounce rate, and how UI affects these metrics.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing.

  • Working knowledge of design systems and how to scale UI designs effectively across growing product lines.

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
