UI Designer Specialist

We are seeking talented UI Designers Specialist to join our innovative technology team at HITHINK TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA. In this full-time position based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that captivate our customers. Your expertise in web design and development will be instrumental in shaping the digital experiences we offer.

Job descriptions:

1. Design and optimize UI interfaces for smart park systems, security visualization platforms, and IoT monitoring solutions.

2. Lead interaction design, delivering high-quality mockups and user flow documentation.

3. Participate in 3D modeling for campus layouts, buildings, infrastructure, and devices.

4. Collaborate with product, frontend, development, and implementation teams to ensure seamless handoff and delivery.

5. Contribute to defining and refining product design language and style guides.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree or above in Design, Art, or related disciplines. 

2. Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience; enterprise-level B2B platform experience is preferred.

3. Proficient in mainstream design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Skillful in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Unity).

4. Familiar with 3D asset production and rendering workflows, able to model scenes, buildings, and devices with proper textures, With strong sensitivity to user experience, visual aesthetics, and interaction logic.

5. Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and the ability to work under pressure.

6. Fluent in English, able to write documentation and collaborate on international projects.

7. Familiar with Web-based visualization frameworks (Canvas, WebGL, Three.js) is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications / Prioritize:

1. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, especially for collaboration with China-based design or R&D teams.

2. Experience working in international product environments or cross-border collaboration.

3. Experience in smart city, security systems, or digital twin platforms.

4. Able to Demonstrate ability to bridge 3D modeling and UI/UX in integrated environment.
