UX Writer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Writer at Makmur in Jakarta, Indonesia. The User Experience Writer will be responsible for technical writing, user experience writing, UX research, content strategy, and general writing tasks to enhance the user experience of the Makmur app.

Responsibilities:

• Write, and edit user interface text, help content, onboarding guides, tooltips, error messages, and other product-related content. 
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences. 
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and terminology across the product. 
• Create and maintain a content style guide and documentation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in crafting clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy
• Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and any marketing materials that resonate with our target audience

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) 
• Minimum 3 years experiences as UX Writer
• Proven experience as a UX Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Familiar with Figma
• Experience writing for Financial services is a plus
• Exceptional copywriting and content writing abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative mindset and passion for enhancing user experiences
