Vendor Development & Performance Management - SPX Express

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Tracking and ensuring fulfillment of request from existing vendors
• Monitors vendor operations and performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Measuring and evaluating supplier performance based on data provided by Operations team
• Carry out corrective action plan for supplier that are under-performing and tracking their progress

Requirements:

• Holds Diploma or Bachelors Degree, MBA holder is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Supply chain or Vendor Management, experience in Logistics industry is a plus
• Have an understanding of express logistics, market situation and able to measure and evaluate the vendors performance
• Exceptional management skills, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excel skills must be advanced and familiar with reporting tight deadlines
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
