Vice President of Corporate Relations
Develop and execute strategies to build and strengthen the companys relationships with government institutions, ministries, and key regulatory bodies.
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government officials to ensure alignment with national policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor, analyze, and advise the CEO and executive team on policy developments, legislation, and regulations impacting the companys business.
Represent the company in high-level discussions, forums, and meetings with government stakeholders.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers at ministries and government agencies.
Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and Board regarding political, regulatory, and public policy matters.
Collaborate with internal departments (legal, compliance, operations) to ensure business practices are aligned with government regulations.
Manage crisis communication and government relations during regulatory challenges.
Lead corporate advocacy initiatives to support the companys strategic objectives.
Supervise a team responsible for government affairs, regulatory affairs, and external relations, ensuring effective execution of initiatives.
Bachelors degree in any field; law, Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, or related field; masters degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in government relations, public policy, or corporate affairs, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level government relationships, particularly with ministries and regulatory bodies.
Strong understanding of national regulations, political landscape, and public policy development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of integrity, diplomacy, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and government interactions.
Ability to influence, advise, and partner effectively with C-level executives and government leaders.
Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams and complex projects.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
