Our client is seeking a Video Editor who thinks like a marketer and edits like an artist. This isn't your typical "follow the brief" role - you'll be analyzing performance data, iterating on winning concepts, and driving creative strategy through your edits. You'll work across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle verticals with one mission: create scroll-stopping content that converts.

• Mini-VSLs (1-3 minutes) with strategic B-roll placement and compelling flow
• Non-narrated performance ads (30s-1min) with seamless B-roll storytelling
• UGC talking-head style content (30s-1min) that feels authentic yet polished
• AI-generated visuals using cutting-edge tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Veo3, etc.)
• Performance iterations based on real data from Atria reports and ad accounts
• 12-18 video pieces per week (complexity-dependent)
• Quality over quantity - we'd rather have 12 bangers than 20 mediocre edits
• Proactive concept iterations based on performance data you'll have access to

Requirements

• Have proven experience editing direct response video ads that actually convert
• Understand performance metrics: hook rates, hold rates, unique outbound CTR
• Can work autonomously while collaborating effectively with creative strategists
• Have a data-driven mindset - you iterate based on what the numbers tell you
• Are comfortable sourcing footage from TikTok/Instagram smaller creators (if relevant for speed and relatability ?) + our internal content bank which is vast enough
• Thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Want to grow beyond just editing into strategy and team leadership
