Visa Operations Officer
Job Description：
- Verify documents, such as passports, employment letters, and financial records, to ensure applicants meet all visa requirements.- Provide customer service: Communicate with applicants about the status of their applications or additional steps required- Collaborate: Work with other departments or agencies to gather information or escalate complicated cases- Report: Doing daily reports for the Visa Team (internal).- Account Management: Communicate and maintain relationships with existing clients.- Translating: Support another team member to understand the issues if relate to Mandarin.
Job Requirements：
- Experienced in handling FOREIGNERS for Indonesia visa submission- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- Proficiency in the Chinese language (Mandarin) is an Additional.- Recruiter experience in the Visa/Legal Consultant industry will be preferable.- In-depth knowledge of various Visa Submission processes (especially in a lot of countries).- Confident personality with good interpersonal and negotiation skills- Computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems or any online platforms.
