What Youll Do:

  • Design visual assets for social media, digital ads, and e-commerce platforms — primarily for Instagram, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
  • Translate creative briefs into effective, scroll-stopping visuals that spark interest and drive conversions.
  • Stay on top of design trends and apply them to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate closely with the online marketing team to create content thats not only aesthetic but results-driven.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently, with minimal micromanage.

What Were Looking For:

  • Design-Obsessed You live and breathe design, constantly seeking inspiration and leveling up your craft.
  • Tool-Proficient Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent design tools.
  • Strong Visual Communicator Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color — and how to use them to tell a story visually.
  • Detail-Oriented & Self-Managed You own your work from concept to final export, staying organized and proactive throughout.
  • Trend-Aware & Performance-Minded You know whats trending and how to design with purpose — not just for looks, but for results.
