• Bachelors degree - majoring in engineering or engineering education.
• Preferably have minimum 1 year of professional work experience as vocational instructor/ teacher/lecturer.
• Have experience related to non-formal education development and establishment would be an advantage.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Have strong analytical ability, attention to details, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command in English.
• Willing to commute and relocate as required.

Main Job Description:

• Assisting supervisor and team in developing vocational learning center.
• Assisting team in curriculum development, assessment and evaluation.
• Human resource planning for the new learning center.
• Assisting in creating necessary standard operational procedure for vocational learning center.
• Managing reports and related administrative works.
