Job Responsibilities :

• Compile data reports and provide analysis of live campaign activities that have been carried out every week

• Check and ensure sales returns are received

• Oversee and coordinate the delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of products

• Creating and monitoring warehouse e-commerce KPI reports comprehensively and analyze KPI achievement

• Maintain communication to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field

• At least has 2 years experience in handling Warehouse / Logistics process from A to Z, especially in for warehouse e-commerce

• Having good interpersonal, organization and leadership skills

• Excellent knowledge about Warehouse / Logistics process from A to Z

• Willing to work under pressure and overtime

• Good communication skills in English is a MUST

• Willing to be placed in Kawasan Industri Surya Cipta Karawang
