Warehouse Manager

About the role

As Warehouse Manager for PT SUNRISE MASAMI INTERNASIONAL, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the companys warehouse facility in Banyuwangi, East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining an efficient and well-organised supply chain for the business. You will lead a team of warehouse associates and be accountable for inventory management, order fulfillment, and the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures.

What youll be doing

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including staff scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring

2. Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing goods

3. Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfilment

4. Continuously review and optimise warehouse layout and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless integration of warehouse activities with sales, production, and logistics

6. Monitor and report on key warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement

7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

8. Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for the warehouse team

What were looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industry

2. Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is must

3. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and supply chain best practices

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically

5. Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and data analysis tools

6. Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels

8. Relevant tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
