Warehouse Supervisor

PT. Sinotrans Overseas Indonesia, a leading freight forwarding company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Makassar, South Sulawesi.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in warehouse management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure all warehouse processes adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
• Manage warehouse layout and optimize storage space for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes to maintain data accuracy.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments (e.g., operations, transportation, customer service) to ensure seamless workflow.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational challenges.
• Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse facility.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to be employed as an outsourced employee.
• Willingness to be placed in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
