  • Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field or having past working experiences that would have a strong influence on the position. 
  • Have experience in the credit business and financial industry is a plus 
  • Proven experience in workforce management, scheduling, operations management, project management, and reporting. 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in workforce management software/tools. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficient in data manipulation language (SQL, Python, etc), reporting tools (Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, looker, etc), database management tools (SFTP, HUDI, Spark, etc) is a big plus
