3D Generalist

• Design, model, and animate 3D assets for a wide range of multimedia projects including videos, motion graphics, advertising content, social media, and more.

• Handle end-to-end 3D production tasks including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, and basic compositing.

• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, and project leads to ensure creative direction and deadlines are met.

• Use Blender to produce high-quality 3D content that aligns with brand standards and project goals.

• Create visual effects and motion elements using Adobe After Effects.

• Work on image editing and asset preparation using Adobe Photoshop.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for visual concepts, designs, and storytelling techniques.

• Adapt and modify existing 3D assets based on feedback or revisions.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, software updates, and techniques in 3D production.

• Proficient in Blender, After Effects, and Photoshop.

• A strong eye for design, visual storytelling, and motion.

• Excellent understanding of 3D fundamentals including modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

• Ability to take creative feedback and revise work accordingly.

• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant 3D projects is highly preferred.
