Account Executive

A leading company in the healthcare sector is looking for a driven and experienced individual to join their team in a key client-facing position. The role is ideal for those with strong relationship-building skills and a background in managing healthcare professionals or institutional clients.

• Foster and sustain strong partnerships with medical professionals such as specialists, hospital staff, and healthcare institutions.

• Oversee full-cycle account activities—from engagement and education to client retention and referral development.

• Deliver informative sessions and training related to health-focused services and procedures to medical stakeholders.

• Lead initiatives to generate leads and grow service coverage across the assigned territory.

• Organize and support awareness-driven activities within clinical or maternity settings.

• Ensure service quality throughout the client journey, from initial consultation to follow-up.

• Monitor industry developments and provide feedback for strategic improvements.

• Maintain timely, structured reports on performance, client activity, and outreach efforts.

• Holds a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelors degree.

• Has at least 2 years of experience in sales, account handling, or related client-facing roles.

• Preferably experienced in the medical or diagnostic sectors (e.g., pharmaceutical, med-rep, healthcare services).

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage field-based responsibilities independently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in engaging medical professionals.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with reporting tasks.

• Open to traveling within the assigned region and managing visits to partner facilities.

• Possesses a valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle.
