Account Manager
Responsibilities:
Looking for new customers (accounts) and following up on the needs of existing customers
Become a point of contact with customers to help with business needs
Conducting meetings with customers, identifying opportunities and closing sales, and collaborating with internal teams on the customer side
Preparing sales quotations, contracts, reports, and serving customer feedback
Preparing solutions to solve customer problems by investigating problems and offering solutions
Generate new sales revenue, increase customer satisfaction and maximize penetration to ensure ROl can be achieved.
Requirements:
Candidate must process at least Bachelors Degree from any major
Min 1 - 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position (Telecommunication or Internet Service Provider company)
Able to make presentations with corporate clients, sales strategy, negotiation, and persuasive communication
