Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Looking for new customers (accounts) and following up on the needs of existing customers

  • Become a point of contact with customers to help with business needs

  • Conducting meetings with customers, identifying opportunities and closing sales, and collaborating with internal teams on the customer side

  • Preparing sales quotations, contracts, reports, and serving customer feedback

  • Preparing solutions to solve customer problems by investigating problems and offering solutions

  • Generate new sales revenue, increase customer satisfaction and maximize penetration to ensure ROl can be achieved.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must process at least Bachelors Degree from any major

  • Min 1 - 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position (Telecommunication or Internet Service Provider company)

  • Able to make presentations with corporate clients, sales strategy, negotiation, and persuasive communication
