• Conduct credit assessments and field surveys for loan applications

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Ensure accurate and timely credit documentation in line with SOP

• Monitor loan repayments and support collection efforts\

• Educate customers on our credit products and financial solutions

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in any major (Finance/Economics preferred)

• Fresh graduates are welcome—prior experience in microfinance or banking is preferrable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Goal-driven, proactive, and resilient under pressure

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools

• Product knowledge (credit, SOP, OJK regulations)

• Administrative accuracy & attention to detail

• Fieldwork capability (surveys, client visits)

• Work ethics (discipline, accountability, teamwork)

• Client service and negotiation skills
