Account Receivable Officer

What youll be doing day to day:

• Reconcile & consolidate Sales/Revenue generated from Marketplace to Accounting Book and reconcile the cash proceeds from each Marketplace/Revenue stream channel in monthly basis

• Prepare data for tax and audit report purposes. Prepare listings for accounts receivable balance sheet accounts & balance in the books

• Daily accounting activities in order to maintain the bookkeeping, schedules & ensuring the transactions has been correctly recorded so the resulted data and information became reliable

• Maintain the quality of the accounting book for all financial statement line item area and ensure that all transactions booked in the system is in accordance to the applicable Accounting Standard

• Maintain aging schedules and accounts checking in monthly basis. Maintain Marketplace/Ecommerce Accounts Receivable and Orders aging schedules in weekly and monthly basis

• Support any ad hoc request related to Account Receivable area

We want you to be a person who:

• Having 2 years minimum experience in KAP and finance/accounting background would be an advantage & familiar with AP/AR

• Good analytical and critical thinking skills. Accounting principal and bookkeeping, enjoy working in numbers

• Work carefully and seriously and high sense of curiosity and responsibility. Have attention to detail

• Be an effective role model. Self-leadership, effective management, collaborating and influencing

• Provide a vision. Good ability to challenge the process and improve the procedure

• Good communication skill and work actively. Good English skill is preferred
