ACCOUNTING SENIOR

Position: Senior Accounting

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting; prior experience in a consulting or professional services firm is preferred.

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (e.g., PSAK), financial reporting, and tax regulations.

4. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and advanced in Microsoft Excel.

5. Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.

6. Able to lead a small team and provide guidance to junior accounting/admin staff.

7. Capable of preparing and analyzing financial statements independently.

8. High integrity, strong time management skills, and able to work under pressure.

9. Familiar with audit processes and able to coordinate with internal and external auditors.

1. Prepare, analyze, and verify monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

2. Review daily transaction entries performed by junior accounting/admin team members.

3. Responsible for month-end closing processes and management financial reporting.

4. Prepare and oversee the companys tax reporting (VAT, Withholding Tax Articles 21/23/25/29, etc.).

5. Perform regular account reconciliations including bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and others.

6. Assist management in financial analysis for strategic decision-making.

7. Develop and maintain accounting SOPs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

8. Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process and ensure completeness of supporting documents.

9. Support the preparation of annual budgets and consolidated financial reports (if applicable).
