JOB DESC :

• Mengelola pesanan: Memantau dan memproses pesanan pelanggan melalui platform online seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, atau WhatsApp. 

• Melayani pelanggan: Membalas pertanyaan pelanggan, memberikan informasi produk, dan menangani keluhan pelanggan. 

• Mengelola stok: Memantau dan memperbarui stok barang di sistem inventaris. 

• Mengelola media sosial: Membuat konten, berinteraksi dengan pengikut, dan mengelola kampanye promosi online. 

• Berkoordinasi dengan tim logistik: Memastikan pengiriman barang tepat waktu. 

• Membuat laporan: Membuat laporan penjualan harian, mingguan, atau bulanan. 

REQUIREMENTS :Industry-Specific Skills:

o  E-commerce Understanding: Knowledge of e-commerce principles, online store management, and marketing strategies. 

o  Product Knowledge: Understanding of the products or services offered by the online store. 

o  Basic Accounting or Business Acumen: A basic understanding of financial principles or the business side of online retail. 

Technical Skills:

o  Platform Proficiency: Experience with online platforms like marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), social media, and email marketing tools is essential. 

o  Data Entry and Management: Ability to input and manage product information, orders, and customer data effectively. 

o  Basic IT Skills: Familiarity with computer operations, software, and internet navigation. 

Soft Skills:

o  Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for interacting with customers. 

o  Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide positive customer experiences. 

o  Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
