As our Admin Officer, you are the silent force that keeps our operations smooth and our education impact strong. Your job isnt just about organizing documents—its about creating clarity, supporting our tutors, and ensuring parents and students feel taken care of from start to finish.

Youll be the go-to person for verifying teaching hours, handling billings, and making sure every digital class and WhatsApp group runs without a hitch. Your attention to detail, calm communication, and organized mindset will directly support our mission to deliver top-quality learning experiences.

? Job Descriptions

• Manage Company Documentation - Create, store, and organize all internal administrative documents accurately and systematically.

• Monitor Learning Operations - Oversee class execution and ensure all student-tutor WhatsApp groups are functioning properly.

• Tutor Support - Remind tutors of pending administrative tasks and verify their reported working hours and earnings.

• Handle Billing and Payments - Issue invoices, follow up on client payments, and ensure payment verification is done accurately.

✅ Job Requirements

• Diploma (D3); preferably in Office Administration, Business Administration, and/or Secretarial Studies

• Good level of English; proficient in communicating English at least in texting

• Meticulous and Organized - You have strong attention to detail and enjoy keeping things tidy and systemized.

• Customer-Oriented - You respond to parents and students politely, representing the companys values and tone.

• Team Reliability - You are dependable, punctual, and always ready to jump in where help is needed—especially during events.
