Administration Office

Role and responsibilities:

  • To handle all incoming telephone calls / enquiries promptly giving a warm and courteous welcome and using the agreed salutation

  • To provide a warm and courteous welcome to all visitors at the reception desk

  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times

  • Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring correct set up and readiness for client use, including preparing refreshments, rearranging furniture, and room layout

  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail

  • To log and administer all outbound documents and mail

  • To report any maintenance issues requiring attention in the reception area and meeting rooms

  • To provide administration support to the team

  • prepare and handling official travel for employee

  • Handling for all administration Office (incoming and outgoing Letter)

Qualification:

  • Minimum diploma degree from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00

  • Preferably having internship or administrative experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • English communication is a must

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks

  • Punctual with strong attendance history

  • goodlooking (female prefer)
