About the role

As an Ads Specialist at PT Maju Express Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing targeted advertising campaigns that drive business growth. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta.

What youll be doing

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify the most effective advertising strategies

• Collaborating with the creative team to conceptualise and design impactful advertising materials

• Optimising ad campaigns across various digital and traditional channels to maximise reach and engagement

• Monitoring campaign performance and providing detailed analytics to inform future marketing decisions

• Staying up-to-date with the latest advertising trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions

What were looking for

• Proven experience in advertising or digital marketing, preferably within the agency environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise campaign performance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and internal teams

• Creative mindset to develop engaging and effective advertising content

• Familiarity with popular advertising platforms and tools

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
