Airfreight Staff Export

Description To handling customer inquiries and assist in fulfilling customer requirements related to airfreight. This position involves building and maintaining good relationships with both existing and new customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Additionally, the role supports the Airfreight Supervisor in various tasks to contribute to the growth and efficiency of the airfreight division. Key Responsibilities

• Handling shipment documentation accurately and in timely manner,
• Receive and process export/Import bookings from customers and or Overseas Agent, Coordinate with airlines, agents, and internal teams for space availability and flight schedules.
• Arrange cargo pick-up and delivery on time and accurate (trucking, warehousing, etc.).
• to prepare and verify all export/import documentation, including AWBs, invoices, packing lists, and export/import declarations. The position ensures full compliance with international shipping regulations (such as IATA and customs requirements) and submits the necessary documentation to customs and other relevant authorities.
• Monitor communication with customers regarding shipment status, delays, or any issues. As well handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide rate quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Monitor shipments and update transit status to customers.
• Work closely with airlines and ground handling agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Prepare reports on shipment performance and service quality.
• Create invoices, ensure customers receive correct billing details, following up on payments if necessary.
• Monitoring the IATA report and checking the airlines cost
• Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Formal Education: Must possess at least a Bachelors Degree or equivalent Working Experience: Fresh Graduate are welcome or having experience in the same industry will be a great advantage Knowledge and Skills:

• Good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, such as sales, operations, accounting.
• Must know the basic computing skill, administrative and Fluent in English
