Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master Degree of Biology, Vet, Biochemistry, Medical

• Experiencing in handling immnology analyzer, PCR, and cytology is a good point

• Fast learning

• Deep thinking and good critical thinking to solve problem

• Willing to visit to customers

• Understandable in delivering presentation and training

• Able to troubleshoot quickly (1-2 days)

Jobdesc

• Troubleshoot issues related to assay performance, instrument errors, or software.

• Offer remote or on-site support for reagent setup, QC problems, or workflow integration.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the product & marketing teams.

• Guide users on proficiency testing, calibration, and internal QC programs.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of molecular, cytology and immunology assay principles (e.g., ELISA, IFA, chemiluminescence).

• Stay informed about industry updates, competitor products, and clinical guidelines.

• Attend internal and external trainings, webinars, and scientific conferences

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, and field service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

• Document all field activities, complaints, and resolutions.

• Prepare monthly reports on training sessions, installations, and customer feedback.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key users, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and hospital decision-makers.

• Identify upselling opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
