Architect / Interior Architect

📌 Were Hiring: Architect / Interior Architect - Full Time

Location: Bali (on-site visits required)

We are seeking a multi-talented architect or interior architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and capable of managing both the design and technical sides of our projects — from concept to client handover.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Create mood boards and material palettes based on design direction

• Develop concepts and presentations using SketchUp

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and explain design concepts

• Conduct site visits for measurements, material coordination, and progress checks

• Prepare 2D architectural drawings, including layout plans and technical detailing

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for suppliers and contractors

• Assist in material selection and sourcing

• Prepare professional invoices for clients based on project stages

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure design quality and consistency

🛠 Requirements:

• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite

• Strong experience in 2D drawings and architectural documentation

• Understanding of quantities, BOQs, and construction coordination

• Experience preparing invoices and project costing documents

• Strong aesthetic sense and up-to-date with modern design styles

• Excellent communication and client interaction skills

• Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
