MEP Supervisor

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP design and implementation

• Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD

• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Fluent in English is a plus

• Proficient in creating and interpreting MEP and plumbing drawings, including ductwork

• Willing to work anywhere and work on holidays or outside regular working hours as needed.

• Good at teamwork

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into building designs

• Attend project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and installation of MEP systems.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all MEP designs, installations, and modifications

• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, system performance, and maintenance activities.

• Oversee on-site installation of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

• Provide MEP materials for project needs, including specifications for lighting fixtures and other components.
