Architectural Engineering Manager

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree inArchitecture.

  • Has experience on property industry is PLUS.

  • Proven experience of working drawings in architecture at least 5 years (preferably in Property/Real Estate).

  • Maximum age of 43.

  • Strong portfolio to Prove artistic skills.

  • Creative, efficient, modern in thinking, highly disciplined, hard working and have strong leadership.

  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

  • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design types of houses, shophouse and all product (project).

  • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in 3 dimensions.

  • Visual awareness and an eye for detail.

  • Communication and project management skills.

  • Willing to be placed in Cibitung- Bekasi Area - Jawa Barat.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for site plan and landed house design, from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.

  • Take the “brief” to identify customers needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.

  • Develop ideas keeping in mind customers needs, building usage, and environmental impact.

  • Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.

  • Compile project specifications.

  • Keep within budgets and timelines.

  • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.

  • Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on the project.

  • Propose and prepare marketing tools and acts.

  • Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.

  • Follow architectural trends and advancements.

  • Responsible for project design development of multiple assigned projects

  • Able to handle project independently from inception to completion

  • Able to multi-task and work as an individual or part of a team in dynamic environment

  • Managing staff resourcing across the team to suit the demands of projects.
