BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

  • Conduct market research and develop a comprehensive business plan (market size, market share, competition, pricing, product, and sales strategy) for construction chemical (B2B & B2C), Mining (B2B), and DIY (MT) segments within an approved time frame

  • Review, analyze, and propose a comprehensive product range that suits the specific segments

  • Identify market opportunities (not limited to the aforesaid segments) through meeting, networking and other channels

  • Analyze, prepare, and submit monthly reports on the business performances, competitive activities, market conditions, concerns and opportunities, recommendations, and other related selling activities.

  • Generate new sales leads, negotiate client pricing, and forecast sales revenue for the relevant segments either through direct and indirect sales with the support from existing sales and technical team

  • Visit clients regularly to observe and evaluate the market condition including our competitiveness to ensure our business is performing strategically

  • Set, monitor and control budgets and operating expenses for proper disbursement of revolving fund

  • Check and follow up on sales orders of customers, coordinating with other departments on the service of orders

  • Drive the business growth by expanding the area coverage, team size, product range, sales strategies and eventually transforming into senior sales managerial role
