? Brand & Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales performance. Stay ahead of market trends and translate them into in-store and social media strategies to excite customers. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure strategies are executed effectively and efficiently.
? Promotions & Sales Growth
Calculate and analyze promotion effectiveness based on cost-benefit analysis. Analyze sales and digital data to optimize marketing and sales strategies. Work closely with store teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns that capture customer attention.
? Digital & Social Media Strategy
Develop digital and social media strategies aligned with the supermarkets branding. Oversee digital and social media teams to create engaging content that drives customer conversion. Utilize digital performance insights to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
? Event & Activation Management
Manage the activation team to ensure brand activations and events run successfully and achieve targets. Collaborate with brand partners for strategic partnerships that enhance brand value. Monitor event effectiveness through post-event evaluations to improve future strategies.
? Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor teams (activation, digital, social media, administrative, and creative teams) to achieve their best performance. Provide training and mentorship to enhance skills and productivity. Build effective communication and coordination across divisions to ensure smooth execution of all strategies.
Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S W E R E L O O K I N G F O R :
✅ EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
3-5 years of experience in brand marketing within the retail/supermarket industry.
Proven experience in promotion planning, sales data analysis, and 360° marketing strategy.
Hands-on experience working with store teams to implement brand and marketing campaigns.
✅ TECHNICAL SKILLS
Analytical & Data-Driven Thinking - Ability to interpret sales data, digital insights, and campaign performance.
Marketing Strategy - Strong understanding of both offline and online marketing to boost engagement and sales.
Digital Marketing & Social Media - Knowledgeable in social media strategies, digital advertising, and customer engagement.
Retail Operations - Understanding of store operations and how to optimize in-store execution.
Event & Activation Management - Experienced in planning and executing brand activations and impactful events.
